Do frames include the manufacturer's warranty?

Yes. Because we sell authorized merchandise, the brand's full factory warranty applies to every pair we ship.

How fast is shipping?

In-stock frames dispatch within 24 hours on business days, with complimentary insured express shipping on every order.

What is your return policy?

30 days, unworn, in original packaging — with a prepaid return label and no restocking fees. Details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Can you fit prescription lenses?

Not yet — today we sell sunglasses and optical frames as-is. A prescription lens service is planned; join the private list to hear when it launches. Any licensed optician can fit lenses to frames purchased from us without affecting the frame warranty.

Why are your prices full MSRP?

Authorized, authentic merchandise with a full factory warranty is priced the way the brand intended. When we do run private offers, our list members hear first.
