Every pair of eyewear sold by Best Vision Optics is 100% authentic, brand new, and first quality. We do not sell refurbished, returned-to-stock, sample, or gray-market merchandise. If it isn't perfect, it doesn't ship.

How We Source

We hold a trade account directly with EssilorLuxottica, the manufacturer of every brand we carry — Ray-Ban, Vogue Eyewear, Sferoflex and Scuderia Ferrari. Every frame comes out of the same supply chain that stocks flagship boutiques and licensed opticians — never a liquidator, a gray-market importer, or a third-party marketplace.

What Arrives in the Box

Your eyewear arrives in its original presentation: the branded case, cleaning cloth, and the manufacturer's authenticity documentation. Model and color codes on the frame match the packaging — we verify before dispatch.

The Manufacturer's Warranty

Because our merchandise is authorized, every pair carries the brand's full factory warranty against manufacturing defects. Should you ever need a warranty service, our Client Care team will guide you through the process personally.

If Something Isn't Right

In the unlikely event you have any doubt about what you received, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If a frame is not what we promised, we will make it right — a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund, with the return shipping on us. No restocking fees.
